Blauberg Ventilation Pay Per Click
The Challenge
Ventilation specialists Blauberg approached Luke James Digital after poor PPC results from their previous agency. Their brief was simple, make Pay Per Click advertising profitable for the business. Before approaching Luke James Digital Blauberg were seeing a fairly disappointing negative return on ad spend (ROAS). Blaugberg had a large SKU list with products ranging from a few pound up to tens of thousands, so it was important to the client that we focused on products that would be profitable for the business.
The Idea
Our Paid Media Team did extensive work on the product feed and built multiple shopping, search and display campaigns to test and learn and deliver a positive return on investment. We used all Google Ads products available to us to ensure we left no stone unturned in the pursuit for a healthy ROAS. In the first month we were able to deliver on our promise of a positive ROAS – We went from -0.26 to a ROAS of 3.5. We reduced spend by over 50% and produced a 7-fold increase in revenue!
